Hi that is eksplosives that will chatter the canopy if you eject. On most fighters the whole canopy is ejected, so they don't have the lines.

Are there lines on the canopy to help the pilot when engaging an enemy aircraft? I think it's something to do with helping the pilot make the right AOA when falling on a bandit's tail?
Oh one interesting thing to mention is that I've seen some fighters with canopy's painted on the underneath side of the cockpit area to fool the enemy in a dogfight. Does this really work?
