mitral valve prolapse
I searched for info on this but couldn't find any, maybe you all can help. I am currently enlisted AF wanting to apply for one of the ROTC programs and attend Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach to become an Air Force Pilot. Only problem is my ticker. Didn't even know I had mitral valve prolapse until my first day at MEPS. Cardiologist checked me over and gave me a good bill of health and as you can tell by my earlier statement I was allowed to enlist. My question is will this pose a problem for pilot training? I could talk to my base Flight Doctor but I don't really wanna bring any un-needed attention to it, know what I mean?
Any help is appreciated.
