NARCO MK12D DISPLAY PROBLEMS Parts required.

Does anyone know who can supply the gas discharge display unit/units in the NARCO MK12D nav/com?

My display is failing hard to se at night , not so bad by day, but has to be fixed.

I see lots of adverts for the MK12D+ upgrade, but would like to start by trying to repair or replace the display panel.

Or buy a second hand unit which I guess can have same problems.

Does anyoen have a link to the repqir manual for the MK12D or part numbers for the front panel displays?

Need help with piece rattling around in my KT-76 TSO

Got my transponder certified last week and a part was found loose in the front of the unit. I have a picture of it here

The tech who did the cert did not know where it went and his main avionics guy is out of town. If anyone can look at the picture and give me a heads up on where to put it that would be very nice.

Hi all;
I am an happy owner of Oregon 550t and I would like to know which method or guide to follow to visualize on the gps more independent tracks pieces simultaneously and together with the preloaded map.
The problem is that if I load these tracks pieces as a single track (since in this gps is not possible to view more tracks at the same time), all the final parts of the pieces are connected with the beginning of the following piece making the vision very difficult.
For this reason I would like to to convert the track to a map and then import it in the gps and put on top of the preloaded map.
As an alternative i could first download the preloaded map from the gps to the pc, insert the track and import everything again.
Note that is not important that the gps follow this track, It could only show it for example like a river; I don't need any navigation function but only see the track with no connecting lines between the pieces.
Does someone of you know the procedure to do this as simple as possible?
All what I have now are hundreds of tracks in .plt or .gpx format not joined and tens of km one far from the other; I must visualize all of them and togheter with the preloaded map.

In order to get the avionic certification for an electronic board with microcontrollers, LDOs, and many other electronic devices, do all the different component in the board have to have an aerospace certification from its manufacturer?

I purchased about four years ago brand new avionics that was installed in an aircraft that never was flown. The airplane completion never was finished and never did fly. The equipment was professionally wired by a Garmin dealer, and then subsequently removed by the same dealer that same year.

The equipment is new, protective film over the display never removed and includes all trays, connectors and antennas.
