My flight was last week 15 April from Cairo to Bahrain then transit from Bahrain to Abu Dhabi but in Cairo airport give me only 1 boarding and he didn’t inform me that I have to collect my bag from Bahrain airport and make check in again in Bahrain, then I asked employee he is working in Bahrain airport he said no time , you should make claim in Abu Dhabi airport. Once I arrived Abu Dhabi airport I went baggage counter I asked there that I want make claim to my bag , she said you have to check with air Arabia agent , I went upstair and asked the lady which is she working with air Arabia she called someone and told me request done and someone will follow with me , no one followed with me. Finally I requested by myself and sent mail as customer service for air Arabia told me , also I didn’t get any response, I called Bahrain airport last Friday employee there told me that she will request to send my bag to Dubai airport, today I called again Bahrain airport but other lady told me that they sent my bag last Tuesday 16 April on flight no : GF 546 Just today I got my bag broke and many things became kharban inside even my certificates and all my papers was inside and frozen food make all papers kharban , I will not recommend air Arabia airlines for anyone
