What do fighter pilots do when they get older?
I heard that after pilots get somewhat older.. say 40. They just sit there and do paperwork. Is this true? If Not, What do they do when their "done".

When fighter pilots get older...say 22, they do paperwork. Its just one of those things they don't mention in

if u fly something like a herc or galaxy u can go straight into the civily planes
