              | *** Posted by Erik Strange *** I would like to know:
 1. Does the danish MLU carry internal ECM jammer, or is it mounted on a pylon ?
 2. How many chaff/flares ?

 Thanks,

 Quizboy.

              | *** Posted by john Raahauge (RUN) *** Hi Quizboy

 The Jammer is carried in the pylon. One pylon has the jammer integrated and the other has Chaff/flares inside (see picture). There are also Chaff/flares located in the tail of the aircraft. I am not sure if the actual amount is a classified number, so I can't help you on that one.

 Regards Run

 What a great forum, fast and easy to navigate.

 Just so I get it right;
 is the jammer integrated in a weapon pylon, so it don't take up space for other loadout's ?
 Being a hardcore F4 simmer I would like
 to use pylon 5 to external fuel, by edit the F16 to carry internal Jammer.
 But then again I don't want to be called a cheat :-)

 Thanks again,

 Quizboy.

 Yes that is correct. You can still use the weapons pylon, so it is just like an internal jammer.
 It is just Danish F16s + some of the american guard units that has this configuration.
